The money settles into your own Stripe account, and Fusion Link takes no cut of what the client pays. On a supplier job, 2 of the 3supplier systems take the driver's report back, filed under the driver's own supplier login. Nobody opens a second app to file it, and a failed post queues and retries rather than going quiet. It installs from the browser, and a lost signal only queues the driver's actions until the phone reconnects.

Set the rule once: a job goes to a named driver, or it opens to your roster to bid. Set it per supplier connection, per channel, or once for everything. A job still unassigned 60 minutes before pickup raises an alert, and again at 30, grouped so a busy morning is one notification. A full-day itinerary posts as one chain, claimed all or nothing, and Fusion Link refuses a claim that collides with the driver's own work. A freelance driver with no account takes a job by link, and still reports steps, photos and location.

Your drivers collect the proof before anyone asks for it.
You choose which photos each job needs, and at which step. Fusion Link stamps every photo as it uploads with the capture time, the location, the driver, the plate, and a verification code. The stamp goes on at upload, so nothing is assembled later out of metadata a picker can strip. Fusion Link checks the GPS trail for impossible speed and clock drift, and flags each bad point rather than dropping it. When a client or a supplier queries a job, export the whole record as a PDF, a share link, or a ZIP.

When every driver you have is committed, open the job to the driver network. Fusion Link checks each claim against the job: vehicle class, wheelchair capability, a phone-verified profile, and the discipline record you asked for. A red card never lapses, and 3 active yellow cards make one. Your client still sees your brand, the proof lands on your job, and no driver ever sees your Client Rate. You publish a job to it, never your roster.

Every operator starts with a seeded chart of 21 accounts, and receivables split by where the work came from. Trial balance, balance sheet, account ledger and profit per job all read straight off those entries. Fusion Link never writes a figure twice and never overwrites one: a void posts a linked reversing entry and leaves the original intact.

Issue a sequential invoice with the tax rate snapshotted at issue, so a later rate change cannot rewrite history. If it goes unpaid, Fusion Link emails the client at 3, 7 and 14 days past due. One email per stage, only for invoices you actually sent, and you can switch it off. Client receivables and driver payables sit on one overview, each aged into 30-day bands and computed live.

A closed month stays closed.
Close a month and every financial field on jobs picked up inside it locks. Driver names, notes and operational detail stay editable, so a closed book never stops the operation. Reopening takes an admin and a written reason, and the reason lands in the audit log. That log records every state change, with the person who made it and the job it touched. Payouts record what you owe each driver; the money still moves however you already pay them.
