Powering 4+ Chauffeur Operators Worldwide

Operators on our network include AeroLink Chauffeurs, Fusion Travels, Green Line Chauffeurs, SG Maritime Transfers.

One system.
Aggregate. Dispatch. Settle.

Run intake, dispatch and settlement in three different tools, and you re-key the same job at every handover. Here they are one record, behind one login — your brand, your domain, your drivers.

  • Aggregate

Every job arrives once, into one record. Jobs pull from the supplier systems you already work with — 3 of them today — on the login you already hold. Your booking site, corporate portals, a spreadsheet, or a phone call all land the same record. Email intake joins them in Malaysia, Singapore and the UAE. You retype nothing, and every door is priced and charged the same way.

    See how the work arrives
  • Dispatch

Your drivers stop working in someone else's app. Assign a job to a named driver, or open it to your own roster to bid. The driver runs it in one app: slide-to-progress steps, photos watermarked with time and GPS, and a chat thread on the job itself. When the driver reports a step, Fusion Link files that step back under the driver's own supplier login. 2 of the 3 supplier systems take it today.

  • Settle

Your books close without rebuilding a spreadsheet. Invoices, client payments, driver payouts, wallet top-ups and job fees post themselves as balanced journal entries. Trial balance, balance sheet, profit per job, aged receivables and aged payables all read straight off those entries. Close a month and every financial field on its jobs locks. Reopening it takes an admin and a written reason, recorded in the audit log.

no build · no engineers · no rollout

The build already happened. You sign up and use it.

There is nothing to install, nobody to hire, and no development budget to find. Create your company, invite your team, connect a supplier, and build your booking site before you spend anything. You load the wallet, and the first debit is US$0.40, when a real job exists. Cancelled jobs refund automatically — the flight-tracking fee is the one charge that never comes back.

01·one record

You never retype a job.

Work reaches you 6 ways, and every one produces the same job. They are supplier connections, your booking site, corporate portals, the email inbox where it is sold, a spreadsheet, and a phone call. Dispatch, proof and your books all read that one record. Change it once and every screen agrees.

02·email and spreadsheets

The booking email becomes a job you approve.

Connect the mailbox that already receives your bookings. Fusion Link reads it, parses the PDF attachments, and splits an email holding several jobs. Every one lands as a draft you check before it becomes a job. A spreadsheet works the same way: map the columns once, then up to 200 rows validate line by line. The import ships everywhere. The inbox is a monthly add-on, sold in Malaysia, Singapore and the UAE so far, and not in your market yet.

03·your bookings, your clients

Your booking site, your domain, your Stripe account.

Every operator gets a branded booking site with card checkout. Point your own domain at it and Fusion Link provisions the certificate. The money settles into your own Stripe account, and Fusion Link takes no cut of what the client pays. Corporate clients get their own portal, with spend approval, cost centres and per-account invoices. Both land the same job record as everything else.

04·one app for your drivers

One app, whoever sent the job.

Your drivers work one app, whoever sent the job. Slide-to-progress steps, a watermarked camera, and push the moment a job is assigned. On a supplier job, 2 of the 3supplier systems take the driver's report back, filed under the driver's own supplier login. Nobody opens a second app to file it, and a failed post queues and retries rather than going quiet. It installs from the browser, and a lost signal only queues the driver's actions until the phone reconnects.

05·dispatch board

The end of the 6 AM dispatch scramble.

Set the rule once: a job goes to a named driver, or it opens to your roster to bid. Set it per supplier connection, per channel, or once for everything. A job still unassigned 60 minutes before pickup raises an alert, and again at 30, grouped so a busy morning is one notification. A full-day itinerary posts as one chain, claimed all or nothing, and Fusion Link refuses a claim that collides with the driver's own work. A freelance driver with no account takes a job by link, and still reports steps, photos and location.

06·proof on the job

Your drivers collect the proof before anyone asks for it.

You choose which photos each job needs, and at which step. Fusion Link stamps every photo as it uploads with the capture time, the location, the driver, the plate, and a verification code. The stamp goes on at upload, so nothing is assembled later out of metadata a picker can strip. Fusion Link checks the GPS trail for impossible speed and clock drift, and flags each bad point rather than dropping it. When a client or a supplier queries a job, export the whole record as a PDF, a share link, or a ZIP.

07·driver network

Nobody left on your roster? Open it to the driver network.

When every driver you have is committed, open the job to the driver network. Fusion Link checks each claim against the job: vehicle class, wheelchair capability, a phone-verified profile, and the discipline record you asked for. A red card never lapses, and 3 active yellow cards make one. Your client still sees your brand, the proof lands on your job, and no driver ever sees your Client Rate. You publish a job to it, never your roster.

08·double-entry books

The books post themselves.

Invoices, client payments, driver payouts, wallet top-ups and job fees post as balanced journal entries. Every operator starts with a seeded chart of 21 accounts, and receivables split by where the work came from. Trial balance, balance sheet, account ledger and profit per job all read straight off those entries. Fusion Link never writes a figure twice and never overwrites one: a void posts a linked reversing entry and leaves the original intact.

09·getting paid

Nobody has to remember to chase an invoice.

Issue a sequential invoice with the tax rate snapshotted at issue, so a later rate change cannot rewrite history. If it goes unpaid, Fusion Link emails the client at 3, 7 and 14 days past due. One email per stage, only for invoices you actually sent, and you can switch it off. Client receivables and driver payables sit on one overview, each aged into 30-day bands and computed live.

10·period close

A closed month stays closed.

Close a month and every financial field on jobs picked up inside it locks. Driver names, notes and operational detail stay editable, so a closed book never stops the operation. Reopening takes an admin and a written reason, and the reason lands in the audit log. That log records every state change, with the person who made it and the job it touched. Payouts record what you owe each driver; the money still moves however you already pay them.

The operators at the top of this industry had their systems built for them. I watched a smaller one become the thing that moved data between everyone else's systems by hand. I went all-in on building what he should have had: one record, one login, and a bill he can predict.
