Flight tracking bills only on arrivals into Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. A job arriving anywhere else runs normally, and nothing is charged for tracking. A cancelled job refunds the job fee to your wallet. Flight tracking is the one exception — once a poll has run, that charge stands.
