Fusion Link vs. Good Journey

No subscription floor — and no vehicle slots to buy.

Good Journey is a capable chauffeur dispatch product with Booking.com and Klook connectivity, priced for an operator running their own vehicles. Its plans meter your vehicles and drivers. Fusion Link meters neither — your own cars and your drivers' own cars sit on one roster — and bills per completed job instead.

Fusion Link

US$0.40 per completed job. No monthly fee, no setup fee, no job allowance, no vehicle count.

What a job actually costs.

Monthly jobs

Fusion Link
$185/ mo
SGD 250 · effective $0.37/job
S$0.50 per completed job in Singapore · no base fee
Good Journey · Pro
$429/ mo
effective $0.86/job
$149/mo base + $0.00/trip up to 150, then $0.80/trip
Fusion Link saves you $244 / month — $2,926 a year at 500 jobs.

Excludes one-time setup fees, white-label add-ons, and OTA/flight-API fees. The Free plan is also capped at 2 vehicles and 2 drivers, which this slider does not model. This comparison runs in Singapore pricing, because every plan it is measured against is published in US dollars. SGD→USD converted at a fixed display rate of 1 USD = 1.35 SGD; actual rate varies. Your own per-job fee is 34 currencies wide — see the pricing page.

02 — Why operators switch

The reasons that come up every time.

Cars are records here, not line items

Good Journey's Free plan allows 2 vehicles and 2 drivers, and the Pro plan exists partly to lift that ceiling. Fusion Link has no ceiling to lift. Add a car your company owns, or a driver who arrives in their own — neither changes what you pay.

No monthly base fee

Good Journey's Pro plan is US$149/month whether you run 50 jobs or 500. Fusion Link charges US$0.40 only when a job actually completes — zero fixed cost.

Overflow reaches a driver, not a company

Good Journey publishes an affiliate network, which hands the job to another operator who dispatches their own driver. Fusion Link lists the job to individual owner-drivers, who claim it themselves at the Driver Pay already on the job. There is no counterparty to negotiate with.

GPS-stamped photo proof at checkpoints

Configurable photo + GPS proof at job start and completion for dispute evidence. Good Journey's public pages don't describe photo-proof checkpoints.

Good Journey reaches operators in the United States. Its pricing page names Good Journey Pte. Ltd., a Singapore company, prices in USD, and sells its Klook and Trip.com integrations as add-ons. No country list is published, and the plans are self-serve.

When Good Journey is the right call

Operators who own their vehicles and employ their drivers, and who are comfortable with a monthly subscription. Their growth plan depends on OTA inbound — Booking.com, HolidayTaxis, Klook and others.

Where it breaks for modern operators

The meter counts vehicles and drivers, so a roster that grows costs more before the work does. An operator whose drivers arrive in their own cars pays $149/month to unlock a vehicle ceiling that never applied to them.

04 — FAQ

Common questions.

My drivers own their own cars. Does that change anything?

It changes the whole shape of the bill. Good Journey's plans count vehicles and drivers as things you hold — the Free tier stops at two of each. Fusion Link never counts either one. It holds the cars your company owns as well, so a mixed roster is one roster. You pay per completed job and nothing else.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. Fusion Link bills per completed job from a prepaid wallet. You can stop using it any day and owe nothing.

Can I keep my existing clients and branding?

Yes. You get a booking site on your own domain with your logo. We never touch your client relationship.

How long does setting up take?

Minutes, not a migration project. Your operator account, branded booking site, and driver invites all run from one place.
